The purpose of the Training and Placement is to give the students right knowledge, skill and aptitude to meet manpower requirements of the Industry and get self sustainable as far as to their knowledge is concerned.

The Training and Placement Cell at NMPI is facilitated by Central Training and Placement Officer and Training and Placement Coordinators of each individual department.

The industry is always on the lookout for students those who are vibrant, energetic individuals and ready to accept challenges, attentive, a good academic background, fast learners, open to learning even at work and more importantly having good communication skills.
